Daniel M. Hodsdon
Daniel Hodsdon is a graduate of the University of San Francisco, School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 2007. Daniel earned his undergraduate degree in English and Political Science, from the University of California, Berkeley in 2002.
Prior to joining Harris & Fraser, Daniel served as an Associate Attorney and practiced family law exclusively. In that capacity, he has experience at all levels of family law, including divorce, child support, spousal support, child custody and visitation, paternity issues, and complex and simple property division. Daniel also has extensive experience assisting clients with dealing with the legal process, including short cause and long cause hearings, settlement conferences, and drafting pre-marital, post-marital, and marital settlement agreements.
